1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AURA X Fashions ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

4. Model Applications and Fees

Submitting an application to AURA X Fashions requires an application fee. This fee is non-refundable regardless of whether your application is accepted, rejected, or withdrawn by you. Payment of the fee does not guarantee placement in any show or agency representation.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
